dog lovers
Nice new teeco here. I was a LITTLE nervous when clicking the link - poochatplay.com - this being the internet an all. Pen Island springs to mind. Anyway - that’s nothing to do with these doggy tees. While there is a charm in those terrible color pencil renditions of german shepards and scotties that old people wear on airplanes, I much prefer these silhouette jobs. In a million AA colors. So something for every poodle lover!
These could be quite good fun for a hen party where each of the ladies has to pick a dog that they are like. Poodles and bulldogs! What a jape!
horsey horsey
I’m loving line drawings this week - the lineyer the better. Something that you could print with a potato. Joy.
Another yesstyle shirt - this one features an off center horse. Simple as that.
From a south korean fashion brand, I would imagine wearing this to the races would be pleasant. #1 and all that. Bound to win. More like it at the foot of this page.
dating through the medium of tee
You have to love the ingenuity of this one - a combined custom tee and niche dating site. Basically you print a custom teeshirt saying ‘hornyboy’ or something like that, and the domain name of the site - shirtdater.com. Gotta love it.
space invaders
I love space invaders. You can keep your PS3 - give me a vcs2600 any day. And not the fancy new model, the old one with the plastic wood and the metal switches. Mmmmm 2600.
I’d prefer a slightly muddier take on this shirt, something that looks like it was printed back in the day, those whites are a little crispy for me. But hey - it’s space on a shirt!
yes style
Wow - I just lost an hour trawling a tee site - that doesn’t happen very often. Two reasons. One, there are hundreds of tees in there, all very wearable, very civilised, things your mom would approve of. But that doesn’t mean they’re boring - there’s loads of interesting stuff in here. It’s just that they don’t have bad jokes, innuendo, or movie references all over the place.
The second reason is the sheer amount of photography on the site. The philosophy is obviously that once the model is in the tee, just keep snapping. Once you’ve snapped - publish. Makes for a very comprehensive site, you know EXACTLY what you’ll be buying. The site has more than just tees, but enough tees to be worth a mention.
Third reason - I know I said two, but there are three. Free international shipping. FREE international shipping - on most stuff. Great stuff. Some example pics - just have a rummage on the Tee links.
messy nessie
I love this homebrew feel nessie shirt from raygunrobyn on etsy. But even MORE interesting is THIS page, a custom shirt on a theme direct for you. I love the idea.
I’m pretty sure that I saw nessie when I was at Loch Ness in 2001. Either that or I made it up and was so convincing that I now beleive it too. It was tiny - like a newt.
pigtree tee
This shirt reminds me a little of the old threadless tee with the young chap standing there with an apple tree growing out of his throat. His mum obviously telling him off for eating the pips in his apple.
Presumably the tree was planted on top of someones pet pig - as a memorial - and the pigsoul has entered the tree and shaped its branches. Now THAT would be a great world to live in. Just plant a tree on top of something and it grows in that shape. I’d plant trees on top of weetabix. Weetabix shaped trees would be sweet.
Get it quick, uneetee shirts can disappear as you look at the page!
atz a nice van
I do like this shirt. Honest. But the real reason I’m posting this is the amazing van. Campers are cool. Maybe it’s just the Glastonbury glow, but life in a shiny camper bus is pretty appealing right now. Shirt at ATZ (in french, but you can always babel it!)
wwf? lovin’ the animals!
WWF / WTF - same difference? I got all confused when they changed their name from world wildlife foundation to world wildlife fund and then dropped the world bit and just decided to be WWF. Internationalisation! Confuses everything. Cute logo though! Nice mash from tshirtbordello.
glove pocket
Sweet - a tshirt with a built in oven glove. “for practical girls who would like to keep their IDs, banknotes or ipods in a handy place”. Also useful on a chilly night to keep one hand warm - what you do with the other I wouldn’t like to guess.
From a new and pretty interesting site called ‘itself tshirts‘. Another competition site, with a top prize of $4000 - which ain’t too shabby.
